Hi Gang,
We need to change the date for Chi Sau Saturday in Buffalo this month. The new date will be Saturday, January 25th (instead of the 18th). So mark it on your calendars and make your plans. The more the better!
Also remember that we are planning for an all-in-one Chi Sau Saturday, with Post Holiday Party and Chinese New Year celebration in Rochester on Saturday, February 15th. Please hold the day open, and timing and details will follow.

Happy New Year Everyone!
To ring in the New Year, we welcome all our FORMER and PRESENT members to enjoy a January class "on the house." This applies to our kung fu family in both the Rochester and Buffalo areas. If you've moved or are presently living out of town, if you happen to be in town or home for the holidays, we'd love for you to come by too, now or anytime.
If you're an older member, please join us for a complimentary class or casual visit at your convenience anytime this month. No dues necessary! We've been missing the lot of you, and would love to see you.
For our present members or anyone restarting practice this month, we want you to enjoy a 1/3 discount on your monthly dues for January too!
Whether you're coming in for practice, or to pay a visit with old friends and classmates, please come by and help us with a great kickoff for this new year and upcoming Year of the Horse!
As a reminder, Rochester classes begin on the normal schedule starting this Saturday, January 4th. Classes in both Rochester and Buffalo will be back on regular schedule next week. Hope to see you there!

Rochester classes are 'officially' cancelled this coming Saturday and Monday, August 31 and September 2 in respect of the Labor Day holiday and weekend.
As always, I encourage anyone with time to arrange your own get together with classmates if you can whenever convenient. There are a number of senior member key holders in the group who can open up the studio if you decide to coordinate. You might also enjoy training in one of the local parks if the weather is nice. There's even a chance that you might convince Mark Stoddard to make the drive in from Buffalo if you present a good case for it.
Class will resume as usual a week from Saturday, on September 7. Enjoy your weekend and see you then!
